Job summary

Community College Preparatory Academy seeks an Intervention Coordinator to plan and oversee targeted academic support for adults needing additional time or different approaches. This campus-based, full-time role reports to the Director of Academics and Training in the Academic Affairs department.

You will develop intervention schedules, monitor progress with standard metrics, coach staff on differentiated instruction, and coordinate with instructors, assessment staff, and student-success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of three years in a related role.
• Ability to develop intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
• Experience with adult education or charter education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop intervention schedules, entry/exit criteria, and progress-monitoring routines.
• Provide or coordinate small-group and individualized support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
• Collaborate with instructors, assessment staff, and student-success personnel on learner plans.
• Analyze intervention participation and adjust supports based on evidence.
• Coach staff on differentiated instruction and accessible learning practices.
• Use Aztec, EAB Navigate, Canvas to document services and communicate outcomes.
