Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five years of related experience in program planning/coordination or administration in student success or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Administers, coordinates, and manages university-wide student success programs, initiatives, and projects.
• Develops and implements standards for attainment of program goals and objectives.
• Maintains interaction with university departments, faculty, and external agencies in administering programs.
• Leads the Degree Progress & Graduation Initiatives (DPGI) team; supports implementation of university initiatives.
• Tracks trends related to barriers to degree progress and recommends policies or strategies.
• Prepares abstracts, reports, funding proposals, and other written materials for initiatives or institutional efforts.
• Provides guidance and training to faculty and campus partners regarding initiatives and policies.
• Oversees staff performance, training, and supervision.
• Plans and leads meetings, workshops, events, and presentations involving multiple departments and external partners.
• Oversees budget planning, purchasing, vendor coordination, and financial management of programs.
