Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university
• Three (3) years of experience performing closely related duties, including program planning/coordination or related experience in the appropriate field
• Preferred: Experience working with High School Students

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support student Clubs and Organizations (NHS and Student Council) and assist with events such as Information Sessions, New Student Immersion, Summer Bridge, Orientations, Graduation, monthly seminars/workshops and campus instructional activities
• Supervise and manage day-to-day activities and personnel of the assigned program
• Develop and supervise implementation of multiple projects or programs and participate in budget planning
• Identify and connect students with suitable research opportunities across university departments and coordinate with faculty to create research internships and projects
• Provide mentorship to students in navigating research programs, including application processes and presentation of findings
• Organize community service events and projects, and connect students with local businesses and organizations for volunteering
