Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited University.
• Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administers, coordinates, and manages university-wide student success programs, initiatives, and projects supporting degree progress and timely graduation.
• Develops and implements standards for attainment of program goals and objectives.
• Maintains interaction with university departments, faculty, academic leadership, and external agencies in administering programs and projects.
• Serves on the DP…I leadership team; develops strategies and oversees initiatives and operational efforts.
• Tracks trends related to barriers to degree progress and recommends policies to improve outcomes.
• Prepares abstracts, reports, funding proposals, and documentation for initiatives or institutional efforts.
