New College of Florida invites applications for a Student Success Graduate Assistant to support the Student Success Center’s growing work with student-athletes. You will supervise study hall sessions, assist with events and programming, and coordinate travel letters and administrative tasks.

This GA position provides hands-on professional development in student affairs and athletics administration, while requiring a consistent 20-hour weekly commitment, including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate student (or incoming) in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Study Hall Supervision: Organize and oversee study hall sessions with academic oversight.
• Event and Programming Support: Assist with planning and executing SSC events and student programs.
• Travel Letters: Prepare and process travel letters for student-athletes, coordinating with coaches and faculty.
• Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including data checks and communications.
