Kaplan is seeking a dedicated Student Success Manager to recruit, enroll, and guide students through undergraduate and graduate programs at the Vandenberg Space Force Base Education Center in Lompoc, CA. This onsite role focuses on advising, enrollment, onboarding, and personalized student support to ensure successful degree completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
• Minimum 3 years counselling/advising, customer service, or sales experience with a large customer base.
• Candidates without a degree must enroll in a degree program and maintain good standing with student loans (internal employees only).
• Proficiency with technology for student management and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and guide a diverse cohort of students from inquiry to graduation.
• Advise students on career and program interests and assist with enrollment.
• Oversee onboarding and provide financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.
• Offer personalized student support and register students for courses.
• Maintain cohort services and work to meet enrollment/retention metrics.
• Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to ensure compliance with FERPA and regulations.
• Utilize technology platforms for student management and engagement.
