Job summary

Lake Washington School District in Redmond, WA seeks a Student Success Facilitator to partner with staff, students and families to boost engagement, attendance, behavior, and social‑emotional outcomes. Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, counseling, human services, child development, or related field.
Experience with students exhibiting behavioral, social-emotional, attendance, or engagement challenges.
Knowledge of MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, and trauma-informed approaches.
Ability to collaborate with families to address barriers impacting student success.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with student support teams to identify students needing behavioral, social-emotional, attendance, or engagement supports.
Implement targeted interventions to improve self-regulation, engagement, attendance and school success.
Provide coaching on social skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans with progress data.
Engage families and connect them with community resources to support student outcomes.
Support structured activities and schoolwide social-emotional learning initiatives.
