Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, counseling, human services, child development, or related field.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional, attendance, or engagement challenges.
• Knowledge of MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with student support teams to identify students needing additional behavioral, social-emotional, attendance, or engagement supports.
• Implement targeted interventions to improve self-regulation, engagement, attendance, and school success.
• Provide coaching on social skills, conflict resolution, self-management, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
• Collect and analyze student data to inform interventions and monitor progress.
• Support families to address barriers impacting attendance and engagement.
• Facilitate restorative conversations and relationship-building processes.
