Job summary

St. Augustine Preparatory Academy is seeking an Assistant Dean of Student Success at the South Campus in Milwaukee. This full-time role focuses on supporting the whole child, improving attendance, behavior, and culture in a faith-based high school community.

You will collaborate with the Dean, teachers, social workers, and families to implement preventative interventions, monitor metrics, and promote a positive learning environment aligned with Aug Prep's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; state teaching license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education or social work with at-risk students.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive attitudes, behaviors, and skills supporting academics and character.
• Collect and manage culture metrics including attendance and graduation progress.
• Intervene and mediate behavior situations with teachers, social workers, and families.
• Report data and proposed solutions to the principal and seek approvals.
• Foster home–school relationships and parent engagement initiatives.
• Oversee tardiness, absences, and uniform compliance.
