Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a valid student services license in school counseling as defined in North Carolina School Board Policy LINC-001.

Responsibilities

• Discusses the comprehensive school counseling program with the school administrator.
• Develops and maintains a written plan for effective delivery of the school counseling program based on NC standards.
• Communicates goals of the program to education stakeholders (administrators, teachers, students, parents, community).
• Maintains current resources for education stakeholders.
• Delivers direct services through GuidanceCurriculum, Individual Student Planning, and Preventive/Responsive Services; engages in program management and accountability.

Education
