Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking a thoughtful Student Success Team Member to support students, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate life-cycle records in the school management system. You will help coordinate events, track attendance and grades, and assist with placement and graduation metrics.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with opportunities to engage at local events and career fairs while aligning with company values and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum)
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, psychology, human resources, or related field
• Professional experience in social services, human resources, or related field desired
• Ability to work fast-paced with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Uphold company values and success factors
• Coordinate and manage student experience activities
• Adhere to attendance, graduation progress, and rules in the student handbook
• Maintain accurate records in the school management database
• Audit student files for accuracy and compliance
• Enter daily attendance and verify student hours
• Monitor GPAs for SAP compliance
• Assist with placement, graduation, and state board pass rates
• Participate in career fairs and coordinate as needed
• Serve as a contact for salons and spas regarding student placement
• Perform other duties to meet business needs
• Follow all policies in the Team Member Handbook and Code of Conduct
