Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in student personnel services.
• Two years of related experience with disadvantaged youth.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute the goals and objectives of the Educational Talent Search program.
• Initiate and maintain contact with target schools, helping agencies and community organizations.
• Recruit eligible participants.
• Provide individual academic guidance and counseling designed to encourage completion of a rigorous secondary school program.
• Maintain and manage student records and documentation of eligibility and services.
• Plan and conduct workshops (in-person or virtual) related to career exploration and college orientation.
