The Success Coach will join a team that supports holistic student growth and excellence for undergraduate students within the Wisconsin School of Business. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting undergraduate students or other young adults in achieving academic or holistic success.
• Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support wellbeing and success.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, coordinates, and monitors treatment plans to assist students in meeting wellness goals.
• Documents all cases and maintains records of discussions.
• Serves as primary resource and referral source for students in crisis or mental health issues.
• Prepares reports based on documented data as needed.
• Assesses needs and coordinates interdisciplinary care for students.
