Job summary

Prodeo Academy in Saint Paul seeks a dedicated Student Success Coach to support social-emotional growth and behavior within a trauma-informed, restorative framework. You will partner closely with teachers, families, and leaders to implement data-driven strategies that promote student learning and wellbeing.

You will help build self-regulation, problem-solving, and equitable access to learning, while modeling professionalism, cultural responsiveness, and high expectations across a diverse school

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and experience with students with behavioral or social-emotional needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative approaches is preferred.
• Ability to use data to inform student supports and interventions.
• RBT certification preferred or commitment to obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Teach social, emotional, and behavioral skills across all school environments.
• Support students in self-regulation and problem-solving capacities.
• Develop and monitor behavior support plans with teachers and leaders.
• Facilitate re-entry and restorative conversations with students and families.
• Document incidents and communicate with leadership after crisis events.
