Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related experience in student support services, advising, or educational programs.
• Preferred: degree in education/psychology; TRIO or similar program experience; case management experience; advising on admissions/aid processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic, college, career, and financial aid advising.
• Coordinate program activities and engage in recruitment and outreach.
• Maintain accurate student records and report outcomes.
• Support tutoring, mentoring, and staff oversight as needed.
• Communicate policies and progress to students and partners.
