Qualifications

• Experience applying data and information to support student outcomes.
• Ability to split attention between individuals and groups in school settings.
• Comfort with tracking progress and adjusting instruction based on data.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group and one-on-one academic support in literacy and/or math.
• Support student engagement and help create a positive school climate.
• Track student progress and support data-informed instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and City Year staff.
• Participate in training and ongoing development.
• Support fundraising and capacity-building tasks.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in a structured school environment.
