Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group guidance on academic planning, major/career exploration, degree progress, and post-graduate goals for assigned student populations.
• Provides academic advising per policy and coordinates with applicable programs for specialized interpretation.
• Connects students with career exploration, internships, and other opportunities; helps articulate skills gained through experiences.
• Uses university systems and outreach to support persistence and completion; participates in enrollment activities and coordinated care.
