Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in student services; a master’s degree may substitute for one year.
• Ability to advise students individually and in groups; maintain accurate records; use student-success technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group academic advising on planning and career exploration.
• Coordinate with academic programs for degree planning and policies.
• Connect students with internships, research opportunities, and career pathways.
• Proactive outreach to support persistence and completion.
• Support enrollment activities and campus events.
• Collaborate across units to strengthen referral pathways and coordinated programming.
