Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a recruitment and admissions specialist to manage the intake and enrollment process for Job Corps students. You will coordinate recruitment activities, screen applicants for eligibility, and liaise with community partners to promote the program.

You will conduct tours and pre-arrival activities, ensure confidentiality of student data, and provide career counseling during the admissions process to support student success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in human services or related field and two years related experience.
• Valid in-State Driver's License and insurability.
• Experience with Job Corps enrollment or similar youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and arrival of Job Corps students.
• Screen applicants for eligibility and suitability for enrollment.
• Serve as liaison with community agencies and schools to promote the program.
• Conduct tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings during admissions.
• Maintain confidential handling of student data and records.
• Provide career counseling and guidance during admissions.
