Responsibilities include proactive outreach, collaboration with faculty, and using data dashboards to inform advising strategies while ensuring FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in academic advising or student success.
• Familiarity with FERPA and advising protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated academic and career advising to undergraduate students.
• Manage a defined caseload aligned to an advising cluster and monitor progress.
• Assist with major exploration, degree planning, and career alignment.
• Document advising interactions in the student information system.
• Collaborate with faculty, enrollment management, and student success units to support student outcomes.
• Utilize data and advising metrics to inform outreach and continuous improvement.
