• Advise students through admission, registration, and program changes.
• Maintain confidential student records and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individual service plans to help students achieve goals.
• Assess student interests, aptitudes, abilities, and values for educational and career goals.
• Foster relationships between students and faculty in Career/Technical programs.
• Use excellent communication and human relation skills.
• Use database applications to manage files and communicate requested information.
• Advance and advocate a campus climate that values inclusion and belonging.
• Perform other related duties as required.
