Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and college access services to program participants.
• Coordinate and lead meetings, events, and field trips for students at assigned schools.
• Recruit and select TS program participants; present and adapt college access curriculum.
• Travel to Des Moines Public Schools 1–2 days a week during the academic year.
• Maintain records and enter data into program database; communicate with parents and school staff.
• Support planning of field trips and events; participate in staff meetings and professional development.
