Job summary

Kingman Unified School District #20 is seeking a dedicated Success Coach at Hualapai Elementary in Kingman, Arizona to support individual students and groups through positive behavior supports as a member of the Students At-Risk Mentoring Team.

The role focuses on developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans, collaborating with teachers, attending meetings, and helping students meet IEP goals while adhering to district policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one or more years of experience working with youth in an educational or therapeutic environment.
• Preferred Associate’s or more advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Behavior Intervention Plans; address barriers to individual student success.
• Monitor at-risk students’ progress and implementation of Behavior Plans.
• Attend student meetings/hearings and assist goal development.
• Collaborate with teachers to encourage and motivate students.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and district policies.
