• Ability to present data findings to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret student success data related to transfer and adult learners, including persistence, retention, progression, and completion metrics.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to support decision-making within the Office of Transfer and Adult Services.
• Disaggregate data by key student characteristics to identify opportunity gaps and trends.
• Support benchmarking against institutional goals and peer institutions when appropriate.
• Design and monitor targeted retention strategies for transfer and adult learners.
• Translate data insights into practical recommendations for improving student success outcomes.
