Parchment High School in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to advocate for students and tailor individualized learning plans. The role collaborates with staff to overcome obstacles and supports day-to-day operations, records, and communications.

The successful candidate will build rapport, demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills, and work with diverse student populations. Applicants should hold an Associates Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and have experience with at-risk

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or MDE approved testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supporting at-risk students or similar populations.
• Ability to manage detailed tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Non-violent crisis training (CPI) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve behavior barriers to learning.
• Support instruction to create a positive classroom environment.
• Motivate students to encourage appropriate behavior.
• Promote school policies to reduce violence, bullying, and harassment.
• Assist with student performance assessments and testing.
• Maintain student and staff records, files, and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to support social, emotional learning.
• Communicate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding problems.
