Responsibilities

• Hold Student Success Advising appointments focusing on time management and study skills.
• Manage a caseload of undergraduates on academic probation.
• Provide life coaching meetings and referrals to campus resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
• Represent the college on campus committees and events.
• Use data to inform the development of student success resources.
