Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Two-three years’ experience in customer service.
• Internet savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with high-volume telephone contact.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: respond to student inquiries and coach students to develop study and time-management skills.
• Retention Metrics: collaborate with advisors and instructors to support retention outcomes.
• Weekly Registration: communicate curriculum, course sequencing, status, and planning importance.
• Documentation: track statistics and maintain proper file documentation for retention initiatives.
• Proactive Outbound Contact: maintain regular contact with advisees, prioritizing those at risk.
