Responsibilities

• Team Management: supervise staff, coach, train, and schedule to meet metrics.
• Goals and Objectives: monitor, report, and develop staff; forecast needs and solutions.
• Coaching of Students: advise and coach a portion of students; manage registrations and attendance.
• Registration: coordinate with Registrar’s Department for scheduling; prepare program sheets and ensure accuracy.
• Supervision: manage administrative duties and ensure compliance with policies; report accurately.
• Teamwork: collaborate with FA, CS, Admissions, IT and Instruction to support students.
