Job summary

UNC Chapel Hill is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support MAC program students in retention efforts and program operations. The SSC will serve as the primary advisor from matriculation to graduation and contribute to student engagement, academics, and program operations in both online and in-person formats.

The role may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement; candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and be able to operate in a collegiate environment within Chapel Hill, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Experience in a University or higher education setting preferred.
• Campus Security Authority responsibilities require reporting Clery crimes and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage student retention through proactive outreach, reactive support, and exceptional customer service.
• Serve as primary advisor to MAC program students from matriculation to graduation.
• Support student engagement, academic and operations activities for both MAC program formats.
