Job summary

Harvard Medical School's MMSc-TS program seeks a Program Coordinator to provide operational and admissions support. You will be the primary coordinator for the MMSc-TS, handling student management, curriculum tracking, and program metrics year-round, while liaising with students, faculty, TAs, and administration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in higher education or similar administrative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with admissions or program administration a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LMS/databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions communications and onboarding activities for MMSc-TS and related projects.
• Track student progress, curriculum materials, and program metrics with accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for students and faculty; advise as needed.
• Plan and execute program events and manage budget and vendor processes.
• Maintain records, policy communications, and collaborate with OGE.
