Job summary

Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) seeks a Senior Coordinator, Recruitment and Employer Relations to run the Office's employer partnerships, data workflows, and recruitment programming. You will build relationships with hundreds of employers and collaborate with faculty researchers and students.

The role supports career coaching for students and alumni, helps plan career fairs and events, and works cross-functionally within HGSE to advance the CSO mission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Experience with data management systems and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to work overtime outside standard hours on occasion.
  • Supplied cover letter required along with resume to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational contact for employer inquiries.
  • Manage the shared employer inbox and respond to requests promptly.
  • Review, approve, and quality-check employer accounts and postings in Symplicity.
  • Maintain CSO employer database of 1,100+ organizations in Symplicity.
  • Conduct prospect research to support employer outreach campaigns.
