Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Student Success Coordinator in Simi Valley, CA to manage 504 and NAM processes. You will work with families, teachers, and school staff to identify students needing support and ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with preference for experience in SST/NAM coordination and knowledge of RTI frameworks. This is a full-time position with standard school hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Clear California Multiple or Single Subject teaching credential and English Learner Authorization.
• Experience overseeing NAM, 504, and SST duties preferred.
• Understanding RTI and related laws; ability to implement intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for 504/504/SST/NAM inquiries and coordinate evaluations.
• Schedule and facilitate 504/SST/NAM meetings with teachers, parents, and specialists.
• Maintain trackers for NAM, 504, and SST processes and ensure timely documentation.
