Job summary

CSN is seeking a student for the Division of Workforce and Economic Development (DWED) to assist with student registration, intake, and data management at Sahara West Center. The role supports DWED programming and requires availability days, evenings, and weekends around classes.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Outlook, data entry, and customer service, with a student-centered approach, strong listening and organization, and punctuality. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Outlook email and data entry.
• Friendly customer service approach.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Register students in person, by phone, and by email.
• Share DWED programs (Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Screen students for program eligibility.
• Enter student data into LUMENS tracking sheet/database.
• Ensure accurate data entry and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with student intake and assessment process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
