Job summary

CSN is seeking a student employee for the West Charleston Campus in the Office of the Registrar. You will file paperwork, perform data entry, scan and archive old files, and support faculty and staff to uphold CSN’s academic mission.

Eligible students must have FAFSA completed and a CSN College Work Study award, enrolled in at least 6 credits. Up to 20 hours/week at $14/hour for Fall 2026; posting closes 10/2/2026.

Qualifications

• Show enrollment in a CSN degree or certificate program.
• Must be financial aid eligible and enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• FAFSA completed and have a student employment award.
• Criminal background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Filing paperwork, data entry, scanning, and archiving old files.
• Working closely with faculty and staff to support student success and the academic mission of CSN.
• Maintain focus and productivity in an independent and quiet work environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
