Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in enrollment management or related education/experience totaling four years.
• Strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Comfort with working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service at the Skyhawk Station, assisting students with records, billing, financial aid, and registration inquiries.
• Process forms and transactions, document policy changes, and guide students to the appropriate staff for escalation.
• Communicate clearly across multiple offices and maintain accurate records of inquiries and outcomes.
• Support enrollment management processes and participate in ongoing professional development.
