Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience updating student records in a Student Information System such as PeopleSoft within a higher education setting.
• Experience working with the public in a university setting.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to a wide range of audiences including faculty, staff, students, and third parties.
• Assist in communicating university policies and procedures related to student records and enrollment services.
• Process transcription requests and enrollment transactions and support grading and orientation activities.
