Istituto Marangoni Miami is seeking a Student Services Advisor to support student success across campus life, housing, career services, and overall student experience. You will guide students, maintain records, and collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a welcoming environment and meaningful engagement.

The role emphasizes empathy, confidentiality, and proactive service in a diverse international student population, reporting to the Director of Student Affairs and Career Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in higher education, student services or similar roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with student information systems and administrative tools (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Assist students with navigating campus services and policies.
• Identify and address student concerns or connect to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure privacy standards are met.
• Lead student support sessions focused on personal development and adjustment to university life.
• Support daily operations of student housing and communicate with students.
• Contribute to orientations, engagement initiatives, and campus events.
• Provide housing information, check-in/check-out guidance, and residential life inquiries.
• Assist with placement procedures and career services activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a holistic student experience.
• Perform other duties to support the Student Affairs Department.
