Job summary

BASIS Ed, BASIS Scottsdale, is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our bright, passionate team. The role provides support to faculty and staff, welcomes visitors, and handles data collection, enrollment, and office communication.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Preferred: 1 year in a related school setting. We offer competitive salary dependent on education and experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services to faculty and staff and welcome visitors.
• Perform office clerical tasks including data collection, office communication, and student enrollment.
• Schedule meetings between teachers and parents during assigned hours.
• Organize and maintain student records including immunization records.
• Assist with student enrollment and withdrawal processes.
• Provide onsite medical support including organizing medication cabinet and administering medications.
• Record late arrivals/early departures and reconcile with attendance data.
• Maintain regular attendance and supervise students as needed.
