Job summary

Latham Centers, Inc. is seeking a Social Services Case Aide to support children and families through social services coordination, case management, and clinical support.

You will work closely with clinicians, families, school districts, and state agencies to ensure student needs are met and documentation is maintained accurately and timely. The role requires coordinating schedules for clinical meetings, managing student-related orders, and safeguarding sensitive information, with a 40-hour work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to safely and compassionately manage children in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all clinical meetings for assigned caseload, coordinating with clinicians, school districts, state agencies, and families.
• Process orders for students, including vocational stipends and approved needs.
• Monitor student accounts and communicate balances and financial needs to families.
