Job summary

Five Keys Schools and Programs seeks a Student Services Coordinator to support teachers, administrators and students across sites in California. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and facilitating enrollment processes, placement, and student services policies.

The position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Services and requires initiative, sound judgment, and strong communication with principals and staff to maintain an efficient school site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in school office/administrative roles preferred.
• Experience working with in-custody populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with custody or community staff, teachers, and principals to support school site operations.
• Process enrollments and maintain student records in the SIS for schools.
• Ensure ADA is met daily with Operations and Student Services staff.
• Process and address all student-related requests across sites as needed.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is complete and shared with staff and stakeholders.
