Responsibilities

  • Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
  • Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, students and community members
  • Track student services accreditation requirements and manage strategic planning documents
  • Develop, implement, and supervise special student events, such as White Coat, Graduation, and awards ceremonies
  • Assist with tracking and documentation of graduation requirements
  • Conduct administrative tasks, travel requests, and budget management of student funds
  • Collaborate with the Public Relations department to ensure correct branding and logos are used for external events
  • Collaborate with Career Services, Alumni Services, and LMU facilities to coordinate student events
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all DCOM student ambassadors and requests for student ambassador participation
  • Accompany students on DCOM sponsored off-campus student trips including DO Day on the Hill (Washington, DC) and relevant DCOM sponsored trips
  • Act as liaison between students and student services department
  • Assist in the maintenance of student documents and records
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
