Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Call Center Student Service Representative to support Alamo Colleges. This part-time role offers flexible hours, including peak season shifts, with training four weeks long and subsequent schedules based on business needs.

You will handle high volumes of calls, emails, and chats, verify student identities, and update records within the ticketing system, aiming for first-contact-resolution where possible.

Qualifications

• One year of call center experience required.
• Experience in student support environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 wpm.
• MS Office proficiency; Banner and ZohoDesk preferred.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Identify student needs and verify identity via approved methods.
• Update student records accurately via the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels when needed.
