Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting in selecting merchandise.
• Perform sale transactions using a point-of-sale system, handle cash, and give correct change.
• Relieve other sales associates during breaks, lunches, and emergencies.
• Courteously address customer complaints and refer to the Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain attendance, personal hygiene, and dress code standards including name badges.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect people and property.
• Contribute to department and agency objectives and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
