Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
• At least three (3) years of related experience.
• Candidate must be able to pass the Community Reintegration Center CRC background check if offered a position.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or Marketing with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Advises current and prospective students with academic decisions and career development.
• Assists with class selection, test scores, transcript reviews, and program planning.
• Provides recruitment, admissions, testing, and advising services at CRC, DRC, and other settings.
• Explains program requirements and career pathways to applicants to aid understanding.
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service across face-to-face, phone, email, and print channels.
• Collaborates with admissions, counselors, and external agencies to monitor referrals and progress.
