Barton Community College, Fort Riley Military Academic Services, is seeking a replacement Student Services Specialist to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for students visiting our Fort Riley office, providing general information about Barton, answering questions about programs and classes, and helping students connect with the right resources, including scheduling appointments with advisors.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree in Business Technology or related field preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff; multitask and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students and visitors at the Fort Riley office.
• Provide information about Barton Community College programs and classes.
• Help students connect with advisors and schedule appointments.
• Assist with enrollment processing and transcripts; handle phone and email inquiries.
