Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Effective interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement responsibilities effectively.

• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, other professionals, staff, and the public.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent Crowder College at college fairs and recruitment visits.
• Advise program applicants and coordinate enrollment and orientation clinics.
• Coordinate with Admissions to ensure accurate communication with applicants.
• Coordinate with Records for transfer credit and transcripts processing.
• Coordinate with Cashier’s Office on enrollment processes and financial holds.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare recruitment/admission reports.
• Assist with retention and orientation programs and staff training.
• Support Financial Aid collaboration and documentation collection.
