Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Hendersonville, NC seeks a classroom-based educational assistant to support children’s development across all domains in the early childhood setting. You will work directly with students, aiding learning activities and behavior supports to promote growth.

Requirements include a minimum 4-year degree in Early Childhood or related field; five years of direct teaching experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood or related education degree.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish skills preferred.
• Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.

Five years of direct experience teaching children, ages birth to five. Early Head Start/Head Start experience preferred.
