Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with Job Corps or related programs is desirable.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability requirements.
• Physical ability to perform lifting and movement tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and protects student data.
• Investigates accidents/incidents and prepares required reports.
• Conducts routine safety inspections of Center equipment and facilities.
• Enforces occupational safety and health regulations.
• Provides security oversight, visitor control and student accountability.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with the Safety & Security team.
• Mentors and supports center staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
