The duties focus on crossing designated street locations, supervising students in the cafeteria and on the playground, and ensuring safe behavior to protect the district from liability.

Responsibilities

• Assist students as they cross designated street locations
• Maintain good student conduct at the designated street locations
• Communicate in an appropriate fashion with students, parents and employees
• Supervise students in the cafeteria at breakfast and lunch, walking around to monitor behavior
• Supervise students at recess on the playground, monitoring student behavior
• 100% of time spent on supervising student safety and protecting the district from tort liability
