Sylvania is looking for Elementary Building Aides in Lancaster County to assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment for students. Responsibilities include supervising students, helping with school-wide testing, and providing support in classrooms.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills. Positions are available at Central Manor, Eshleman, Martic, and Pequea Elementary Schools, with a commitment of up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Paraprofessional training (preferred).
• Previous experience with students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising students before and after school.
• Provide assistance in classrooms or small groups.
• Monitor students during lunch and recess.
